Every new Project Manager has the opportunity to prove themselves as a leader and a business builder. Those who demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a commitment to growth can earn 49 percent ownership of their branch. Ken retains 51 percent, providing the guidance and structure that keep the company strong as it expands across the country. There is no money out of pocket. You earn your stake with effort and integrity, not cash.
